Delivered in a calm, mat-based setting, the session explores the key foundations of personal wellbeing, particularly the often overlooked impact of sleep, burnout, mental clarity and healthy mindsets. Participants are introduced to both physical and psychological tools that can be used daily to support better focus, stronger emotional regulation and improved outputs.
